Shana Phillips is a nurse and a practicing doula. After losing her sister to failures in maternal care, she committed herself to making sure other families had an advocate in the room — someone trained, steady and unafraid to speak.
She began serving families as a doula in 2015 and founded Gifted Hands International in 2019. Her work brings together doula education, family support, and collaboration with health and community organizations.
